Pharoah FieldAssist is a web-based technician HUD: a guided-procedure workflow with
live remote-expert annotation. No account or sign-in is needed to use it.
What we collect
The work order, asset and procedure content shown in the demo (e.g. the sample pump
service order) is fixed demonstration content — not real customer or personal data.
Actions like “Capture photo” or completing a step only record a timestamp and a
step number to the work order's temporary session state — no photo file is actually
uploaded or stored anywhere.
If you use the “GET FIELDASSIST” button, you're taken to Stripe's own checkout
to start a subscription. Stripe collects your name, email and card details directly — we
never see or store your payment details.
Cloudflare, our hosting provider, processes standard connection logs to keep the
service secure.
Why we process it, and on what basis
Contract — to provide the service you're using or have subscribed to.
Legitimate interests — keeping the site secure, working, and free of abuse.
Who we share data with
Cloudflare — our hosting/edge network, which processes standard connection logs (IP address, browser type, request timestamps) to serve the site securely.
Stripe — processes your payment directly when you use a “buy” link on this site. We never see or store your card details; Stripe collects your name, email and payment details itself. See stripe.com/gb/privacy.
How long we keep it
Work-order session state (current step, capture count) lives only in server memory for
the demo work order and is not written to a database — it resets automatically. Cloudflare
keeps connection logs per its own standard operational retention. If you subscribe, Stripe
retains payment records per its own retention and legal obligations.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you;
have inaccurate data corrected; have your data erased in certain circumstances;
restrict or object to our processing; receive data you gave us in a portable
format; and withdraw consent at any time where we rely on it. To use any of

UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk
