Pharoah FieldAssist Terms of Service

Last updated 18 August 2026 · see also our Privacy Policy

What FieldAssist is today

FieldAssist's guided-procedure HUD and the live remote-expert annotation channel (an expert can click on their console and have a marker appear on your HUD in real time) are real and working. The camera point-of-view and the on-screen “AI confirmed” step checks are a simulated interactive demo — labelled “SIM FEED · DEMO” directly on the HUD — built on one fixed sample work order. On-device computer vision and live expert video are a later phase and are not available today.

What's sold

The “GET FIELDASSIST” button links to a Stripe-hosted checkout for a recurring, monthly subscription at the price shown on that checkout page. We don't repeat the price here so this page never goes stale against what Stripe actually charges — the price shown at checkout is the price that applies.

Cancelling

Subscriptions renew monthly. There is currently no self-serve cancel button in the product itself — to cancel and stop future renewals, email info@pharoahtechnology.co.uk and we will action it ahead of your next renewal where you give us reasonable notice.

Refunds

We do not currently have a published refund policy. If you're unhappy with a charge, email info@pharoahtechnology.co.uk and we'll look at it case by case — please don't take the absence of a stated policy here as a promise of any particular outcome.

Acceptable use & liability

FieldAssist is provided for evaluating a field-service workflow concept. It is not a substitute for your own site safety procedures, lockout/tagout process, or manufacturer service documentation — nothing in the demo should be relied on as real equipment guidance. To the maximum extent the law allows, Pharoah Technology Ltd's total liability to you arising from your use of FieldAssist is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after a change means you accept the update.

This is a standard-form policy describing how Pharoah FieldAssist actually works today, generated from the product's own code and configuration. It is provided for transparency, is not legal advice, and publishing it does not by itself make Pharoah FieldAssist or Pharoah Technology “compliant” with UK GDPR or any other law — that depends on our practices continuing to match what's written here.
